Well day 2 almost over thanks one more try and johntkd , i had few really bad craves. Hope these get a little easier as time goes by. Hopefully i will be in day 3 tomorrow.:confused:

Well done fairywings, everyday it gets easier and you'll start to love being a non smoker!

I still get the 'craves' (not many anymore) but trained myself to acknowledge it for what it is and then carry on with my life knowing the feeling will pass
