I had a bad day - Day3 - but it is getting better and easier every day. If you give in now, you'll be back to being a Smoker who wants to Quit, and the whole thing will need to start from Day 1 again.

Eh i stopped 4pm on Monday so i guess it was still in the 3rd day. Have just put a patch ont here as i find im actuallly gasping for a breath :eek: Anyway i cant do the quote things above for some strange reason but that above is v v helpful thanks. Hpe all have a gr8 weekend smokefree of course!!! xx
