hi i havn't been on here for a while i have been cutting down i even managed not to smoke for 4days but soon as a problem happened i went and got some cigs so i am going to quit today i have 3 cigs left and then i am quitting i know i can do it i really want to so i will be coming on here when i want to smoke marg

Welcome back marg, you really CAN do this you just need to believe you can, we all can, I had so little confidence when the idea of quitting first hit me, I was so scared, took me too many years to give it a try in fact - but seriously, we spent so many years feeding this dreadful nasty addiction, does the nic monster really deserve to survive any longer than this?
