Yes 75 days does sound wonderful!! I quit the same day as you - 18th November!! It has not been easy but I didn't expect it to be!! Sometimes I just can't believe I am smoke-free! Keep it up

I found it VERY difficult in the beginning but I do know that a lot of that was habit - like when I got home from work, it would be light a fag and pour a glass of wine. It did begin to get a bit easier (although the wine consumption increased!). I was at my lowest ebb on Weeks 3/4 and really did have to put temptation behind me. We went on holiday over Xmas and New Year and in the duty free shop in Cairo cigs were £7.00 for 200. I did not weaken! My husband says now that he always thought I would buy some and say I'd start stopping again when we got home!! He was wrong! I think if you try to think of the benefits of being smoke free, you can outweigh your cravings. Believe me, I could still murder a fag!!! But I'm not going to ..... You keep it up - we can all do it!!!
