Well this is the first night i've properly had a drink without smokes. 'Tis going well, good to be around other non-smoker friends. lol!

Hey hun. I think i'm a week three'er! I thought I was a week 2 but apparently not! yay!!!!!

I have quit for 17 days - day 18 tomoz!!!!!

I'm having my first night out tomoz since quiting!!!!

Well done for getting this far!!!! you are really + truly a god!!! we all are for beating god damm nic! We are winning + his power is failing steadily!!!!
