another day nearly gone

day 2 nearly over:Dand not one ciggie has touched my lips.Found it easier this morning didnt even want one:)Still having the wierd dreams and headache in the morning,though a couple of tablets and it soon goes.Find it hard around 4pm when hubbie goes to work as we always used to sit and have a ciggie before he went.I have to go off and find something/anything until the craving goes.So far so good. Will keep you posted.Wish me luck. Chrissie xxx
