Frog in my throat!

Is anyone else getting this? For the past few days I've had a frog in my throat (not literally speaking obviously!) and whenever I go to talk my voice is all croaky and I have to cough a little to get a normal voice again. I assume it's all part of the gunk clearing out process but is there anything to speed it up or anything? It's getting on my nerves a bit now. I actually think I preferred straight up coughing but with a normal sounding voice. When I pick up the phone I don't know what I'm going to sound like!

Definintely just part of the process and it will clear. All I can think of to help it along is to keep drinking plenty - maybe something soothing like hot honey and lemon (actually that doesn't sound that nice, maybe just a lovely cup of tea!)
