Decided to try again.Woke at 5am ( not like me at all )and stuck a patch on.

Got up at 6am ( again not like me ).Was ok until 8.30am then had first crave :(, been ok since.

Had a lump removed from my neck wednesday. been really sick and bad head since this morning I feel a little better. could of give in really easy but partner wouldnt get me some (glad now would of been gutted) Seeing you back I fee even better Linda xxxx

We had to have ours taken out and replaced with a wet room as hubby couldn`t manage bath.
