Sorry Flippy that may have come across too jokie.... Yes it is worth it ...and yes you are V. worth it.... this really is not you speaking here, but that horrible addiction we are all fighting....don't let the turmoil at home throw you back down that muddy slope.
I know how you feel, i keep thinking is it really worth it, at the minute i feel exactly the same as i did when i smoked (health wise) and im snapping easily.
Surely we wont stay like this forever though, so lets just keep at it
We are all here for you every step of the way ... you made it to 60 days before, further than I have ever made it .... Hang in there try and get out and about this weekend if it helps.
Ohh I know i was so gutted last time and so positive i was going to do it this time. I will, i am just having a bad couple of days. xxxHi Flippy, if it's any consolation, the last 2 days have not been easy for me also. I have been alright until late afternoon, and then l have had quite bad cravings until bedtime. I have actually been worse than l was, 5 or 6 days ago. I don't know if it is because l have got a little bit complacent, and let my guard down, or just missing smoking. Anyway, it is not as easy as l 1st thought. On a lighter note, tonight l have had 2 Cheeky Vimtos, and l can thoroughly reccomend them to take your mind off things.
