I never thought for one minute i would get this far, but i feel much stronger for keep pulling myself through these cravings.

hey guys - well done us on getting to day 10!

I had quite a challenging day yesterday - was representing my company at a big trade show. It means all day standing on our exhibition stand saying hi to people and explaining what we do. I have done quite a few of these down the years and really enjoy it but the one thing that is quite hard is that the only break you get is to disappear outside for a cigarette. 2 of my colleagues were doing that all day and i SOOO wanted to go with them. I really needed the break and the fresh air and to get away from the crowds. But i didnt cave in, worked really hard all day and even went to the pub after - i really felt like a non smoker yesterday. Am very happy.

Well done Paul, you held out because you are a none smoker now YESSSS, they were not geting any fresh air either, just more sticky gunky nicotine tar and all the other calamaties in those cancer sticks, yuck ! your a star Paul give yourself a pat on the back. xxx
