So day 2 yes i got moody yes i have eaten much more than i need to but no i haven' t had a ciggarette

getting through day 2 also phewwwwwwwwwww 30- 40 a day to zero aghhhh but champix working its socks off i guess..... not so keen on possible side efffects though, but no gain without pain i guess!!!!!!

i am on day 2 aswell,i was fine up until this afternoon when three people offered me a ciggie forgetting that i am not smoking! then to top that my brother in law who i was helping put his outside xmas decs up lit up a ciggie and the wind blew the smoke to me,i felt so sick i had to go inside,i hope thats a good sign!!! wo days without ciggies ive given myself a pat on the back and you do the same:):)

OOPs!! I think you don't need to eat much because it encourage you to go back to your habit. So try to change your self and change your daily activities.

Also consult a doctor, he can give you any important tips to get rid of smoking cessation. I think already using Champix..
