Hello from 10 months

How is everyone doing?

It has been 10 months for me smoke free! I forget somtimes that I ever was a smoker. I can be around smokers and not even notice. It gets easier MUCH MUCH EASIER!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for sharing your experience and boosting my enthusiasm up! I feel really good myself, been quit for 12 weeks now and feeling increasingly better each day, it's become an amazingly pleasant journey this one towards full freedom, it's just SO incredibly worth the stress and sadness and tears of the very first days!

Well done on 10 months - thats excellent!!! and very very encouraging...I was just thinking to myself last night that I simply cant wait til the day that i forget that i was a smoker...Seems like it will never happen but after reading your post I have abit of light at the end of my very dark tunnel...

It will just pop up out of the blue! You will walk by a smoker and not even think about smoke (unless you are avoiding it in the air).

Thanks so much for that post! I have been living a horrid few days and reading your post made me take a deep breath and think - hang in here cause you are almost half way to 10 months and you will be feeling wonderful. I am 3 months and a bit in and on a normal day i feel okay, but on sh!tty days like the last few - i have to say i feel like I could cave any moment. Thanks again, your post gave me a boost of hope!
