something wrong today not had 1 crave for a ciggy (still cant give my chewing gum treat up at 3pm lol).
lot of peeps smoking in the smoking zone today so stood and watched them for a while and thought how pathetic they looked,i was one of them 7days ago.

Done fantastic today, been to a friend's who smokes indoors and I coped well. I felt I needed...

and no smoking. The smoking ban helped (not that I agree with the ban).
