Well i kicked ass at my nightshift...managed to get through it and hardly craved. It was difficult with people from the day shift smoking when i came in and asking me if i wanted to come out for a cigarette, and i had to say no, because i didnt want to say to many people yet that i was quitting so they dont hassle me with the usual 'how are you?have you smoked yet' ya di ya..cause then that just makes me think about it more. I have been awake for an hour so far and havent put on a patch yet and to be honest I am not even craving...just eating like a horse..
