Hi Guys

Went to the hospital yesterday and had a very unpleasant procedure. When I told the nurse it was day 10 of not smoking, she said "well if you can get through this without smoking you have cracked it"

Hope that might help anyone else who is facing a stressful situation.

Though why a nurse is putting doubt in your mind I am a little unhappy about!

Surely these are separate issues and you should be applauded for your quit!

The nurse has told you in no uncertain terms that it's understandable if you go back to smoking :confused:

I do hope that you can get through this without thinking like that!

Anything to do with our health is an eye opener and should reinforce our need to quit.

I hope things are okay with you. Staying quit is the BEST thing because whatever the problem is - Smoking will NOT fix it! Stay strong and keep up the good work
