Hello I'm new

Hi everyone, just wanted to say hello to you all. I'm on day 4 and I'm not sure if I'm finding it easy or not!:confused: My cravings are as bad now as they were on day 1 and to be honest I thought they would have subsided a bit by now. Actually thinking about it days 2,3 and 4 have been worse than day 1 - is that usual? The good news is that I don't feel tempted to go out and buy any:D

    Welcome to your quit and the board :D

    It is normal to feel worse on day 3-5 and it will pass x x stay strong!

    You haven't given in and by the end of week 1 things will ease up x x x x x

    Hang on in there a week is not a long time on the grand scale of things x x

    And your worth this!!

    Hold your head high and walk tall x x

    Hi Nelliebelly, I'm on day 4 too so here's good luck to us both, I also found that day 1 was my easiest, really weird it was as if my body didn't realise that it hadn't had any nicotine until day 2 :). I'm on the champix so my cravings have been reduced a bit by the tablets, but keep strong and hopefully after our first week we'll be finding it easier.
