Might be a couple of hours premature but i think i will make it! At 2pm today i will have done a whole week.

Not entirely sure how its happened lol..the weeks just gone by really quickly cant believe today last week i was counting hour by hour just to not smoke now im onto counting weeks.

Whooooo sorry i know its not that long in the grand scheme of things its just my first milestone i set myself. Hope everyone else is doing ok

Way go Emma I'm only on day 12 myself so your'e not that far behind me! This champix is good stuff isn't it? I can't remember a time when I would wake up of a morning and NOT crave a cig.
