Its day 2 for no NRT and have to say i am starting to think what i have read is right you need to go through the 72 hour period with no nictine, becasue i have gone over 1 day without NRT but i still want it but i dont want to smoke.
So heres to a good day for me

Ok nezzey you've done sooooooooo well to quit the nrt like this. Just think after tommorrow the nicotine will be gone from your body so any cravings you may feel will only be "in your head" so to speak. Cos Im on Champix (which is non-nicotine I realised that any desire to smoke after I'd quit for 3days was just
evil nic messing with my head. I no longer PHYSICALLY needed a cig - therefore it became easier to just say "sod off ciggie - I'm cooler without ya!"
