there's me thinking

that the thought of wanting a cigerette had left my thoughts for today,when i ave just put the kettle on and thro habit thought to myself i'll just go an ave a fag whilst the kettles boilin! DOH!!!

Hehe get a magazine, crossword, doodle pad or suduko to occupy yourself with next time

I so know the feeling, i'm finding the one after dinner hard but i just got a get straight in bath now! lol

Also last night was watching a dvd and had a snack, so used to lighting up while watching a film and snacking in between. I've replaced them with lolipops tho lol

With time other things replace those troubled times.

Make a conscious effort to decide what to do at these times.

Washing up after dinner takes my mind off of the mealtime cig and with the radio on I have forgotten all about that smoke when the washing up is done

Or wiping down the sides whilst the kettle boils.
