It's onwards and upwards now - just keep going. I am going to Centre Parcs for 5 days from Monday to Friday of next week and when I first gave up I remember saying I wanted to go smoke free so I didn't have to hide behind the barbeque. Well isn't it great cos I wont need to go anywhere near the barbque unless I'm cooking!! Hooray!!!

Big dayfor you tomorrow - Reflexology - or are you having Indian Head - cos I did read somewhere about you having Indian Head. I had an Indian Head Massage a year ago and it is amazzzzzzing. Your hair will be covered in this amazing oil which they massage into your head and you get in that state where you feel like your head will wobble off cos it's so floppy and nice and relaxed - oooo going all tingly just thinking about it.

I am very proud of you chocco cos you made your changes and are taking care of yourself - I hope you're proud of you too.

Our late night chit chats were great. You kept me from cracking many nights too It's a two way street my honey!! I am sorry i haven't been on late in the night anymore to keep your mind busy while you can't sleep...when my head hits the pillow lately I am out for the count until morning.
