Welcome back again Steve x x x x x x

Don't feel so cross x x x x

You are making more and more steps forward x

Learn through experience don't knock yourself for it x x

Onwards and upwards keep strong x x

Remember it is easier to quit if your not smoking ;)

It's this repeatedly doing this to yourself that aggravates!!

Keep us posted

*hugs*

Well done Steve, if at first u don't succeed, try and try again!!!

At least you keep trying, thats a positive thing!!!!

Over the last year i've 'tried' so many times, at one point i was going to bed EVERY night thinking i'll try to quit again tomorrow, and then not lasting 24 hours!!!

I quit for 2 weeks at the start of this year, and now i've quit for over 5 weeks, and i'm feeling good about it and hoping this is it, FOR EVER!!!

My point is, the more times you try, the more times you reaffirm to yourself how badly you want it. Eventually the message will get through!!!

Stay strong :)

Steve,

it doesn't matter how many times it takes, the fact that you keep stopping shows how much you want this.

I stopped about 20 times this year alone for anything from hours to months - and every time I learn something else about my addiction and about how to overcome it.

You want to stop - focus on that.
