YIIIPPPEEEE!! Great job. I am going cold turkey too ~ I have managed to get a few older people in my family to try to quit, without saying a word to them. They are all using Champix and some are doing okay and some not so much :eek: Good job, keep up the outstanding courage!

Well it's 74 days ( i don't actually count any more, I had to figure that out!)

The other night I had a nightmare that I decided to smoke. When I was smoking in my nightmare I sort of accepted that it meant I would smoke forever from that point on, then I woke up in a really bad mood.

Then of course I realised I had been dreaming hehe.

How strange. I still get a desire to smoke at least a couple of times each day, but it soon passes without too much discomfort!

How are you guys getting on?
