thanks everyone for the replies yesterday. i was really feeling down and your kindness and support really does help . i am feeling stronger in myself today, and felt much calmer too. im so glad you dont all think im crazy and you can relate to that "need for something that just dont go away" loved the way you described it boudee -spot on!
