how long did you quit for? dont beat yourself up too much about it, this is no easy task and this kind of thing could happen to anyone of us at any time! the main thing is what you do about it if and when it does happen. you are still beating nasty nic because your back here starting again. i know it may feel terrible being back on day 1 but surely thats better then being back on full dependecy of nicotene again!

Thanks all,once i get a week or two behind me i will be happy because i will never make that mistake again.I did try this time with nothing but it was killing me,so nearly day 3 no fags with champix.If i think it hard any time with champix, i will remember trying without and it will help.Good luck and well done to all who had stayed quit and to all who are trying again
