Anyone Having Trouble With Patches In This Heat?

hi there

i keep losing my patches in this heat. i put a plaster on one today and by the time id come out of the dentist both the plaster and the patch had worked there way off again.

day 38 today! feeling real humpy and lost today, dont know why.

really sad!

I had trouble with my patches, i just put tap on them, or try putting them on the tops of your legs or your bum, you'll feel better soon, as time goes by it gets easier.
