I can relate to that but i have found the gym fills that for me now, it's something I go out and do for myself, in my 'ME ' Time!! hehehe

Hehe i still feel friggin knackered too think my thyroid function has changed with all this change in me. Ah forgot about M.E humpff

This gym is council run so not bad its £44.50 a month which is a week of cigs :eek:

But there must be something else? knitting classes? W.I? .............

Girls Had to tell you my good news just had phone call my son is going into detox 2moro. I am so glad because the last few days things have got worse with him health wise. I was getting worried because my holiday is a week tuesday and know I would of been thinking to canncel incase somrthing bad happend. Just hope to God he takes this chance to turn his life around Will keep you posted. God love him when I told him its 2moro he cryed his eyes out and said thanks mam Linda xxx
