I go days with out craving it is very rare to crave and if i do it is a fleeting thing of only seconds and I am usually mildly surprised and think what is that funny feeling, I have to actually attach my thoughts to my feeling and a cig

I have had a hell of a lot of stress in my life these last few weeks and funnily enough I am now at the stage where i do not assume a cig will rid me of stress

Barney has been my crutch, so thanks mate (no one is to say anything about crutchs ok) tsk can't take you lot anywhere heh heh heh evil laugh

I am so very close to the finish line now that I can see it

got to get a bit fitter now and I will be right back in the riding seat of my dudey body :cool:

I'm only a few days behind you but I have had the odd puff and drag of inhalator- but no major blip. I totally agree with you about the ciggie/stress combo and that thoughts of ciggies are less and less-what a relief.

You know I have lost almost all my fat down to a size minus 10 (almost invisible) from doing so much dancing as you keep reaching milestones and I can't help but to jump up and down and dance for you!
