Welcome Good luck with your quit and keeping mum from Mrs Nezzey Were you going nice on your holidays. Well day one over now on with day two and the very best of luck linda xxx
4 weeks is a bit of a rushed course any thoughts on coming clea? She may be a bit p'd off but she will be happy that you are trying again?
Then you could see a proper cessation person and follow the course of patches correctly and then your quit will be easier!
Whatever you choose we are here for you 100% so keep up the strength and keep us posted x x
I dont want to be on a full 12 week dose as i have only been smoking again for the last 2 months so i dont think i need more than 4 weeks on the patches:cool:
Lol fair enough! your quite right!! didn't realise it was a 2 month stint this time!
glad you made this decision to quit again before you got too hooked again x x
I totally empathise with you, I have quit 4 or 5 times before myself.
I am not ever going to go back again!! not this time
I always thought one could 'Social smoke' geesh I was an idiot!
All my previous quits where patches too I found them good! but one attempt was total rubbish hehe 'cos I got cocky and tried to rush course
This quit was forced cold turkey! I had pneumonia and couldn't physically smoke for 2 weeks so thought it silly to not carry on the quit, i had been putting off my quit date!
