33 days, and it seems a bit worse! Perhaps because I switched to the lower grade patch, it didn't seem to bother me at all at first; but I have been craving a smoke lately. However, I am too far in to give up that easy, and it isn't nearly as bad as the first couple of weeks. The one thing bugging me is I think I could actually do a better job at work, get more work done, concentrate, if I just started smoking again; I REALLY believe this.
I have an "all day drinking event" coming up this Saturday, just another hurdle I hope everyone is doing OK!
