Worried about protein in urine

In February I celebrated my second anniversary after transplant. My lab numbers are good but I worry about protein in my urine (causes some foaming). It has done this since I got my new kidney. Do others have this problem?

Some anti rejection medicine can cause proteinuria but it isn't because the kidney isn't working but due to a capillary leak mechanism. What meds are you on?

Prednisone, Myfortic,and Envarsus

Those aren't known to cause proteinuria. What does your care team say?

Over the last 2 days it seems to have cleared up, not sure what was going on

My son is 28 months post-transplant & began to have low-level proteinuria about 6 months ago with some foamy urine. Random UA's showed this & Dr said not to worry as long as under 1 gram. He then did a 24 Hour UA which much more protein. A kidney biopsy was performed & he had recurrent disease (IgA dominant GN). Treated him with 3 days of IV Solumedrol & protein much improving. OMG, I had my second Pfizer shot Monday and this evening I notice a toilet full of suds when I used the restroom. I am freaking out right now. I’m calling my nephrology in the morning to see if they can check my labs
