I am in my thired year post transplant from my father, i have lab test every 2 months, my creatinine stable since transplant but last time i had trace protein in urine, i did again with same result, Doppler ultrasound shows everything normal, my nephrologist says since it is first time and doppler normal and function normal he will not consider it problem now but it is annoying for him, he increased the tac dose slightly 0.5 in addition to my current dose every other day.
Does anyone face such case,

I’m 5 years post transplant and I have always had traces of protein and blood in my urine , my doctors don’t seem bothered by it . They say it’s to be expected . But I’m not sure maybe I should question it at my next appointment.
Protein in urine can have other causes. Check on line and see if any fit your recent life style. I am surprised that you take tacro every other day. Is that right?
