Due to the financial constrains, we are unable to reach our goal. we are hoping, there are well wishers, organizations, societies or groups that can be of great help to us

Can't your local hospital in Kenya help you with a transplant? Has she been evaluated to be put on a transplant list in your country? Have you or other family members been tested to see if you could be a match as a living donor. It is done all the time in the US.
You can look at the National Kidney Foundation website and it explains about the "BIG ASK". On the Right side of this screen, under "TOPICS" there is the heading "Finding a donor." You can read previous posts regarding this.
I lived in Kenya for a number of years and my husband is a US. transplant recipient. Here are my concerns. A kidney transplant is not a perfect solution. If you read these posts, you know that there is the possibility of long term health concerns that may need to be addressed. You should speak to your social worker to develop a health plan that includes the use of Provincial and National resources that can educate your community members about organ donation. The World Health Organization may also be a good resource for you.
