I was born with a birth defect and had my first surgery when I was 4 years old, I've had 4 kidney transplants, most recently February 2015.

I have had to kidney transplants first one was placed on the right and the second on the left. Where do they put the third and fourth do they have to remove any?

All of the transplanted kidneys were removed, due to scar tissue or infection, however my fourth is actually just below the liver in center right, because of all the scar tissue.
