The best thing I can say to all of you is that I am still standing and doing well post 12 years on dialysis. This has not happened overnight but with some discipline and more imporatntly getting the right information at the right time.

I have been penning down my experiences over the last decade so that folks here can learn about some important things that sometimes are kept hidden from us or wrong information passed to us. Dialysis is a very personal experience and you will get to knwo your body best slowly.

Stay strong (mind), eat healthy (body) and everything will fall into place. This is not the end of life but a second chance at life.
