Why, after 75 years has the dialysis system not improved at all. 75 years is a huge length of time medically and most of this world has advanced considerably during this length of time.

Dialysis is painful and debilitating, takes half a week and half a week to recover. Why no advances? Or is it the machine makers that control it all? Keep the patients going to the machines!

Nephrologists seem to push patient to this end as well.
