Inadequate Information for CKD Patients in Nigeria

Its taken three and half months I was diagnosed with CKD and immediately started dialysis in Lagos, Nigeria.

To my chagrin, I discovered the dearth of information available to CKD patients in my country. People are not well informed of the implications and necessary lifestyle changes associated with kidney disease procedures.

Doctors here provide limited and sometimes contradictory information relating to dieting.

I will therefore highly appreciate any information regarding dieting, effects of food supplements, and other opportunities for support available.

Many thanks.
