blood/urine tests

I tried albutrix several years ago, but it was too expensive and I couldn't feel any difference. The ideal candidate would have eGFR below 25 and either a really good discount, like Lee Hull, or lots of money.
I wish you'd talk to somebody you trust who is knowledgeable and really take in their advice. You are dominating this forum looking for an answer that doesn't exist here for a disease that hasn't been diagnosed from people who have only their own experience and thoughts to share. I don't think "early proteinuria" is a term used by doctors.
As you are 76 years old with an eGFR of 96 your doctor will not give you a diagnosis of kidney disease. As your proteinuria is only mild there must be another reason for it. You are right to follow up with your doctor about your pounding heart and lethargy and get those investigated but it is not necessary for you to worry about your kidneys. This is a kidney disease forum. There is also one for anxiety that you may find helpful. Make sure to see your doctor instead of trying to self-diagnose. I wish you all the best
