I have found that by increasing my protein I can have a massive change on my left leg mobility. That is that a protein shake will treble my left leg mobility in under 8 mins

Good

But I have CKD 3

Bad.

I have arranged a kidney blood test to have after I have been increasing my protein for a while but the big question is what should my protein level be. Im 133Kg in weight so I think my protein levels should be high anyway

You're wise in requesting lab tests. I'm sure you'll soon know whether or not your values are in the normal range or not. If not, I suspect your doctor will give you proper guidance.
