This came from a post on GOOGLE:

To reduce an albumin-to-creatinine ratio (uACR), you can try:

Exercise: Aerobic exercise like walking, jogging, cycling, and swimming can help lower albumin excretion.

Eat a healthy diet: Eat a balanced diet that's low in sodium, saturated fat, and sugar, but high in fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meats, fish, and poultry. Avoid highly processed foods.

Take medications: ACE inhibitors and ARBs can help reduce albumin in your urine. The names of these medicines end in -pril or -sartan. You can also try SGLT2 inhibitors, which have generic names ending in “-flozin”.

Manage weight: If you are overweight, you can work with your doctor to develop a reduced calorie meal plan and exercise regimen.

Control blood pressure and diabetes: Properly managing these conditions is essential to improving your uACR.

Limit unhealthy habits: Avoid smoking and excessive alcohol use.

Stay hydrated: Aim for 6-8 glasses of water per day.

In more advanced stages of kidney disease, you may need to follow a special diet, restrict your fluid intake, or undergo dialysis treatments or a kidney transplant.

Best to you.

My mum (stage 3 ckd) has reduced her uACR significantly over the past 5 months 🤞🤞after several years of rapid increases. She follows Nutritional Therapy only.

Unsure which link you mean but here's 2:

1. A definition of Nutritional Therapy by it's UK regulator BANT bant.org.uk/

2. A post I did referring to mum's acr 11m ago:

Note: 2 was largely based on a scientifically-based blog which was subsequently removed by an admin. Let me know if that makes it difficult to follow.
