Appreciate if you can advise as I am extremely anxious right now.
I went for yearly check up and my serum Cr came as 1.5 and Albumin are trace level. I gave the samples in the morning, with improper sleep and I suppose no water in the system as I had woke up.I often have irregular sleep and eat carbs and non vegeterian food mainly chicken.
Last year Serum Cr is 0.7 and no protein present.
My doc who is a senior MD physician and diabetologist does not seem to be concerned. He just said that reduce proteins in diet..and upon pestering him out of anxiety he asked to do ultrasound which came fine except mild fatty liver..and radiologist suggested that a 15 day KFT would be worthwhile. I further asked him and he said healthy kidneys can have 1.5 cr and its just that he doesnt like the number and suggested to do test after 3 weeks.
Are these values really normal?

Creatinine is an indicator for kidney disease alright. But other things can influence things: hydration, lifting lots of weights, eating lots of cooked meats (creatine in meat is converted the creatinine upon cooking).
It's good news that the scan came back clear. Most people overdo the amount of protein they eat (plant and animal). You sound like you're well overdoing it - so much so your doctor advises a reduction
My advice would be to balance your diet (incl veg), hydrate and see how the further checks go. Folk come on here regularly enough with an out of range measurement that turns out not to be serious. Hopefully that'll be you 2.
A kidney disease diagnosis is not made from a single test. A diagnosis is made from a trend over time and not just from a creatinine value. Doctors' also look at your magnesium, potassium, BUN and urine results looking at protein, RBC, etc.Creatinine is influenced by how hydrated you are, strenuous exercise, stress, and what you ate the night before the test.
What is your age? My husband has no kidney issues but his creatinine is 1.5
I would recommend you make a conscious effort to stay hydrated and see how your next test turns out
