Last month my blood pressure was high and even with medication it was not controlled, Dr suggested for blood test to check my kidney function which came back egfr of 60, after two weeks I repeated the test it came back 50 and I was booked in for emergency. After two days in the hospital it went up to egfr of 95 and my liver function was high as well which was also started to go down in hospital. Today my egfr has come down to 65 and liver function has gone high again.

In the hospital they did series of test like hiv, hepatitis and auto immune disease which came back normal. I am 33 years old. Scan was normal as well, bp is controlled. Can anyone tell me what might be going wrong or what I should ask for please.

Today Dr called and say there's protein in my urine, slightly raised 0.18

Sounds like you are stressed for some reason and your body is trying to deal with it and whacking out in different ways. Medical doctors aren't well-trained to deal with either emotions or food issues, if either of those issues is going on. I'm not trained in anything, I can only share my own experience. I did have similar issues at your age. For me, personally, the thing that helped most was to stop eating and drinking sugar and processed foods, but not everybody is as addicted as I was. Also to find my place in the world and relax about it, but I remember how very difficult that was.

Best of luck to you, and know you are not alone in these struggles. Try to find different people with different perspectives, but I guess the fact that you posted here means you are doing that already.
