I went in for labs this morning, already have the results. It was all good. My eGFR stayed the same. The rest of the kidney tests were either normal or better than before. My protein has gone drown from 90+ in Jan to 30+. It's still high but so much better. The only neg was my phosphorous levels were high. Not by much but still.
The really amazing thing is my cholesterol is way down. It's. still high but back to the normal high. I've not changed my diet. I did start on Jardiance in January. Does anyone know if this could be the cause?

Id suggest that your cholesterol may've dropped because of ckd improvements. Cholesterol gets a bad rap from medics etc but it's largely the "good guy" that seeks to help underlying problems so increases if/when we have them. I (and many others) believe that reducing it is "covering up the cracks".
Theres reported associations between ckd and cholesterol although which way round is uncertain webmd.com/cholesterol-manag.... My mum's is above "normal" range but stable at ~7 which I believe may be due to her ckd (stage 3) and/or other factors eg post-menopause (also reported associations). Despite medic-pressure, we have no plans to reduce via drugs.
Wonderful news!! Cause for celebration! Have you done anything else at all? Exercise? I am hoping I can report the same as you when I do my next tests..
No, unfortunately I'm not able to do much in the way of exercise because of pain when I walk. I used to walk for about an hour every day but no longer.
I’m finding this site is intent on healthy living over drugs. The SGLT2s are the biggest break through in years for kidney function preservation, not to mention weight loss through the expulsion of glucose.
