Protein in urine and covid positive

Hello,

I tested positive for covid. I did not get sick. It is more like a cold (stuffy/runny) nose and a cough. No fever, breathing difficulty or any other symptoms. But what I am noticing is that there seems to be more protein in my urine. I see more bubbles when I go. Has this happened to anyone else who had covid. I have no swelling in my legs, ankles, feet or hands. I feel very good. Just getting nervous as I have read so much about covid damaging kidneys. Thanks

I had a similar experience with Covid recently. My urine was more foamy than usual for a couple of days and then it returned to normal. I forgot to use my urine test strip back then but when I did there were no protein and it was caused by dehydration only. I hope you recover well.

Did you get the shot? I got the onicruon. What I had was a cough for about two months while lungs were healing. About a month after I had a 24 he urine down and did have 150 mg of protein. Yesterday about another month later I had a random urine done and it was back to negative again. I believe the COVID caused inflammation and it takes awhile to rid it. I took ivermectin day three of cobid because I was tired if not being able to get out of bed and I remembered I had it. 4 hours later I was completely fine! I did the standard three day dose.

Yes I have had both shots and both booster doses. I believe covid is causing the bubbly urine. Started when I started with covid. This is only day 5 for me but I really did not get very sick from covid. I had the flu back in April and I was much sicker. Hopefully yiu have recovered from covid. Take care.

The ivermectin us NOT a treatment ans you could have done more damage using it. As the above response notedher foamy urine cleared up by itself. So it WAS NOTthe iverne tin which did it. You got lucky. don't play doctor based on useless claims on the internet.

Ivermectin is an anti parasite to be given for internal and external parasites in animals. Any improvement in covid symptoms would likely be coincidental at best. JMHO

Possible. Get urine and blood kidney test notable the mucroak ynun / creatinine ratio.

I did not take the animal grade; however, living on a farm, I give that stuff to cats for worm treatment and they are still running around fine and dandy, so I respectfully disagree. Honestly, after being confined to my bed, and not having the energy to do anything, I could not even believe it myself---how quickly I felt better.

I am 100% sure that vivid cut my kidney function in half. I was GFR 30-40 prior, and 18-20 after.
