Knees painful

Hello Everyone, I having pain in my both knees from last four weeks. Any suggestion plz

You could try a knee brace or some pain patches. Also you might try some icy hot or china gel or some other topical ointment or cream.

it's something to discuss with your medical team before trying but it could be from

-dehydration

-low vitamin d

-low calcium (calcium citrate is one of the most absorbable form of calcium; 300mg is plenty for me and I don't take it every days)

-bone alignment and/or muscular issues (I went for a massage last week and discovered a rotated hips, amongs other thigs - a chiropractor is now involved)

It might be gout, wear and tear, another form of arthritis or something else.
