Does your GFR% fluctuate often?

That's great. It can have a lot to do with how hydrated you are. Mine was 28 then dropped 8. I drink a gallon of water per day.

28 is Stage 4 that's better than Stage 5 for sure. Keep drinking as much as the Neph allows and see a renal dietician to eat less protein and more plant based diet.

Congrats.

Hi. My gfr dropped from 41 to 28. with 1 dose of metolozone(this metolozone boosts effectiveness of routine diuretic). Never improved. Have to watch every drug given by doctors. Pharmacists are reliable over doctors most of time. There are numerous pharmacists in every city. They give great advice. Good luck to you
