I’ve noticed that two weeks post rhabdomyolysis, whenever I go and pee, especially if it’s 2-3 hours in between each toilet break, I pee very foamy and bubbles, but mostly the foam. I’ve had blood work repeated, my eGFR is 130, my creatinine is 60, and CK levels have dropped down to 100 (previously 10,000). I never was hospitalized for this and was told to just drink water. I also did a total protein urine test and it came back as 0.03 g/L. I did dipstick for protein at doctors office twice and both came back negative. I’m wondering if rhabdomyolysis can cause CKD? I’m going to doctors next week again to get more tests.

Yep this is not normal. Keep us posted.
Quick search shows rhab to be a potentially serious issue. Muscle breakdown leading to muscle waste products floating around in your blood.
That all heading to your kidneys?
Renal damage is associated with your condition.
In the spirit of own-advocacy, from a forum which regularly reports doctors taking a very hands off approach to serious medical issues (e.g. CKD), I'd start kicking up a fuss. Drink water?? WTF!!
