Help understanding result

Hello..

I recently had some blood tests and urine samples taken and got the results back.

Unfortunately, I can’t reach my doctor until Monday morning due to UK doctors closing on a weekend.

I cannot work out what my kidney results mean because every other test had a note or confirmation level of result and better understanding apart from these.

The U.Protein:Creatinine came back as this:

Random urine protein level: < 0.07 g/L

2.8 mmol/l urine creatinine

The eGFR was this:

eGFRcreat (CKD-EPI)/1.73 m*2: > 90 mL/min

Any advice would be appreciated. I have no idea what I’m looking at and getting bamboozled with online searching.

Google is saying all of those are within normal range.

Everything looks great this is known as stage 1 in the 90s.
