Does anyone know of retirement facilities in the New England area that offer dialysis within the facility?

That's a good question! I'm not in New England, we live in the Mid-Atlantic region. I've heard of none here that provide dialysis services on the premises. Some do have clinics devoted to basic medical care with a doctor and/or nurse on staff, and a few even include long-term care. But none here provide dialysis to my knowledge. Many will, however, provide transportation to hospitals and centers. I sincerely hope you find one that provides dialysis inside the facility itself. That truly would be wonderful.
