Is there a safe treatment for CKD stage 3 to treat actinic keratosis?

A topical gel has been prescribed but it is an anti inflammatory and therefore and possibly not suitable.

Speak with your dermatologist. The actinic keratosis can be also be treated with a zap of liquid nitrogen. See if your case qualifies.

Thanks but I’ve the liquid nitrogen on specific spots but the remaining area is is too big for this treatment hence the diclofenic sodium suggested by my dermatologist. When I said I have CKD he said I should ask a nephrologist for advice. So I posted my question here.

Your derm and nephrologist need to work together to determine how much of the topical is absorbed through the skin and for how long. Might turn out to be negligible and not harmful to the kidneys.
