Possible renal failure

I have just posted this morning, my name is Tharas aged 59 years, on BP and arv treatment and have recently got bad readings from blood tests made. I was ordered to re do some test. On my card they wrote renal failure. I'm afraid of dialisis so how can I improve my kidney situation

Have a look at your blood results and find out what your gfr is. Gfr is a good indicator of where your kidney function is.

Did they mention further bloodwork related to kidney disease. A visit with a dietitian would help also. Diet and prescribed exercise has helped slow down the progression of Chronic Kidney Disease.
